Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A quote is only valid once we have confirmed it with you in writing, and the scope of a job is whatever we have agreed together before the visit.
What we remove
We remove only the items agreed with you. We cannot accept asbestos, chemicals, fuels, gas bottles, or clinical and hazardous waste. If something is found on site that we cannot legally carry, we will tell you and leave it in place.
Your responsibility
You confirm that you are entitled to have the items removed, and that anything you want kept has been pointed out to us before loading begins.
