Who we are

Redpath Clearances is operated by Taylor Redpath in the Scottish Borders. We are the data controller for information you send through this website.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the address of the property, details about the clearance, and any photos you upload.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to quote for the work, to carry out and schedule an agreed job, and to keep records of work we have done.

Your photos

Photos you send are stored privately and are visible only to Redpath Clearances. They are never published on this website unless we ask you and you agree.

AI-assisted enquiry review

Taylor may choose to use a private AI-assisted tool to review the clearance details, notes and photos you provide. This helps identify questions that may still need asking and prepare a draft reply. Taylor checks the result before using it; the tool does not set prices, confirm work or contact you automatically.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and job records are kept for as long as we need them for business and record keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@redpathclearences.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of data locally so that a part-finished quote is still there if you come back to it.
